PUBLIC NOTICE: City of Richmond Workforce Development Board, Strategic Plan for Program Years 2017-2021, Two Year Modification
30-Day Public Comment & Review – February 1, 2019, through March 2, 2019
The City of Richmond will be submitting its Workforce Development Board Strategic Plan Modification for Program Years 2017 through 2021 to the Governor’s Workforce Development Board as of March 15, 2019. This action is required by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (Public Law 113-128), which requires a biennial update of local plans in order to ensure plans remain current and account for “changes in labor market and economic conditions or in other factors affecting the implementation of the local plan”.
